SaneBull Market Monitor is available for guests or registered users and provides you, the user, the ability to have a bird's-eye view of the current market condition, your stocks (tracked in real time and updated instantly!), and if you are logged in, your entire portfolio. Other customizations, such as personalized news marquee and personalized feeds are available for registered users.

SaneBull Widgets and Plugins are embeddable pieces of Market Monitor platform that are updated in real time just like the webtop itself. Widgets are available in many various flavors: market watch, stock info, portfolio widget, and many other widgets.

Ever wonder how Yahoo! Finance would look on steroids? We did... Face-lifted view of a live market provided as a showcase of what is possible with Ajax. SaneBull is implemented using Ajax frameworks (prototype, prototype windows, script.aculo.us effects & builder), and is powered by Java (server-side). Default RSS feeds from MSN, Yahoo, The Street, WSJ and BusinessWeek are included.

As many of you have noticed, SaneBull service is suffering a public lag. The lag is caused by the number of embedded widgets we now have (over 10k!), we have upgraded the server, increased the bandwidth, and maximized the RAM, but even with all that, service lag is visible. The solution? Paid service, of course!

So after a bit of deliberation we are announcing a two tiered paid widget service. The options are a SaneBull Widget service and SaneBull Premium Service. Read more here.

SaneBull Facebook Monitor is a widget powered monitor built around Facebook standard canvas. No registration is required, but we do force you to install the application. For that, the user receives the ability to monitor his/her portfolio right on the platform, as well as, add up to 3 live symbol monitors. The application leaves minimum footprint on the profile: we only show your currently monitored symbols. The mini-feed is also updated with latest changes you do. We’ve also decided not to go the spam route, and just wait and see how the application will do on its own.
